What We Collect and How
Personal Information
We will collect your full contact information which includes your full name, postal address, email address, telephone number and IP address at the time of account signup. You may, at a later date, supply us with your fax number. We will also collect and store your bank account details for the sole purpose of making payments to you.
Visitor Information
Our main website (www.transx.co.uk) incorporates two types of tracking.
The first tells us how many people have visited our website, where you came from (such as a search engine) and what pages you visited when you came here. We do not collect any personal information from this method.
The second is used for the Online Chat facility (the grey button on the left of each page). When you visit this website (www.transx.co.uk) we get a notification that someone is here. It shows us what IP address you are from, what page you are on, what pages you have visited since you arrived at our website and if you have visited before. This information is only available to us if you are visiting our site, we cannot collect this information at any other time.
None of the above information is connected in anyway.
